This Is What You Will Experience
NLP and coaching can't be learned through lecture alone. So the Coaching Certification Program incorporates plenty of other activities to keep you engaged and learning. Most sessions will use live demonstrations, discussion, small-group processes, simulations and role plays.
Teaching assistants oversee and guide small-group exercises, provide feedback and model how to be a learner during the program. You'll also participate in coaching practice sessions between classes.
